In addition, the service collects couple connection information and photo/location data uploaded by users.
Location information is used only for the memory recording feature on the map and is not used for personal identification purposes.
Location information is stored only when users manually record it and is not automatically collected in the background.
This service does not directly store or access user passwords during Google or Apple login authentication. Authentication follows the security procedures provided by each platform.
2. Purpose of Using Personal Information
Collected personal information is used for the following purposes:
- User identification and account management
- Couple connection and anniversary management
- Photo storage and map pin records
- Paid service provision and payment management
- Service quality improvement and error resolution
Location information is provided so users can record memories on the map.
3. Paid Services and Payment Information
This service provides monthly in-app subscription payments.
If one partner makes a payment, all connected accounts may use the paid features.
Payment records are managed according to the policies of the platform in use and are linked with service data.
4. Account Deletion and Grace Period
A 3-day grace period applies when deleting an account.
During the grace period:
The account cannot be deleted immediately
All in-app activities are restricted
5. Data Recovery During the Grace Period
If account deletion is canceled during the grace period,
all data will be restored to its previous state.
6. Data Handling After the Grace Period
Uploaded photos, memos, location information, couple connection information, and account information will be permanently deleted immediately.
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
However, payment and subscription-related information may be retained for a certain period in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Subscription Cancellation and Account Impact
Users with paid subscriptions may cancel their subscription at any time through the subscription management page of the platform in use.
Subscriptions may not be automatically canceled when deleting an account, so users must manually cancel their subscription if necessary.
This does not affect the grace period policy or the timing of data deletion.
8. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information
Personal information is retained only for the minimum period necessary to provide the service.
When account deletion or other valid deletion reasons occur, personal information is safely deleted immediately.
9. User Rights
Users may directly delete their account through the profile page within the app.
Requests will be processed without delay unless retention is required by applicable laws.
10. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
This service does not sell or provide users’ personal information to third parties.
However, the minimum necessary information may be provided to the platform or affiliated services in use for payment processing and authentication purposes.
